The Spirit of the Bond Store
At Baroque, we don't just age whisky; we curate time. Our process combines traditional copper pot distillation with the unique climate of Australia to produce a profile that is bold, complex, and unmistakably Baroque.
A Masterpiece of Precision
Like the intricate movements of a finely tuned timepiece, Exceptional Cask Collection MMXXV - Edition I is built layer by layer. Selected for its exceptional structural depth and historical resonance, this release, featuring a rare 2025.1 Tennessee Whisky Cask, represents the pinnacle of the Baroque collection.

Double Cask American Oak – Ex-PX Sherry and Ardbeg barrels 44%
Nose: Dates, figs and smoked honey ribs.
Palate: Prep yourself for a rollercoaster ride! Starts off with laderach hazelnut dark chocolate, with some sour cherries sandwiched in between, and then ripe plums and roasted nuts take centrestage.
Finish: Reminds me of the maple & pecan vanilla ice-cream I just had last night, with a smoked cinnamon stick thrown in for good measure (Am I in a 2 michelin fine-dining restaurant? Just acting bougie – don’t mind me. 🤣)

Double Cask American Oak – Ex-Tawny Port & Ardbeg barrels 56%
Nose: Smoked applewood and dried figs.
Palate: Chewy & meaty with a big punch at the start, gradually transitioning into the best bits of smoked barbequed meats infused with sugar, spice and everything nice. Brings me back to fond memories of Chinese New Year aiming for the burnt corners of Bakkwa.
Finish: Akin to savoring sweet muscat grapes at a bonfire, against the backdrop of burning ember.
